Our client is a leading company in the Agriculture sector. They implement modern precisions technologies - from hardware to software platforms and services in their field. Currently, the company is seeking to expand its HR team and is looking for an enthusiastic and qualified individual to act as HR and Recruitment Specialist in their office in Sofia.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the recruitment and selection process;
• Lead the performance management process by proper coordination and follow up actions;
• Manage the administration of all cross border employee assignments;
• Maintain and update the HR related information;
• Maintain and update the employees related data in the HR systems;
• Point of contact to all HR related questions.

Requirements:

• University Degree preferably in HR Management or related
• At least 2 years' HR or recruitment experience in a multinational company
• Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment
• Professional curiosity and desire to learn the different aspects of HR
• Willingness to travel actively across the country, whenever required
• Fluency in English
