Описание
ResponsibilitiesResponsible for leading hiring and meeting fulfilment target;
Meet individual and team KPIs. Responsible for end to end recruitment;
Research and implement new channels of sourcing candidates;
Responsible for prepare and maintain all recruitment trackers and publish periodic updates;
Liaison with Business Managers, HR Managers and colleagues to ensure smooth execution;
Build strategy along with management to fulfil vacancies through the most beneficial source of recruitment;
Periodic performance assessment of all active partners and further.
Requirements:
University degree in Human Resources or relevant field;
Experience in HR/Recruitment – 10+ years; Team Management – 5+ years;
In depth knowledge for IT/BPO hiring;
Understanding of market dynamics and sound business assessment;
Fluent in English (written and spoken);
Professional experience using MS Office;
“Can-do” attitude and proactive approach.
