For our recruitment unit, we are looking for a passionate and results-oriented professional with 1-3 years of experience to join as

Recruiter for Finance, Marketing & Administrative roles


Your day-to-day tasks would include:

Working on independent recruitment projects for our clients, focusing on recruiting for Finance and Accounting, Marketing & Administrative roles;
Finding and selecting the best candidates for each open position by utilizing different sourcing channels and strategies;
Writing job ads, posts in social media, and other recruitment materials to attract top talent;
Interviewing candidates to identify their skills and competencies;
Keeping constant communication with HRS clients and business partners;
Consulting candidates regarding different job opportunities.
Participating in job fairs and other industry events;
Acting as a brand ambassador of HRS Bulgaria and our services.

The right candidate for this role:

has 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a dynamic setting;
is fluent in English;
has an university degree in human resources, economics, business administration or other related field;
is a pro-active person with a positive mind-set;
works with speed and the desire to achieve more and more.
