For our client "Silver Star Motors" EAD – official representative and importer of cars with Mercedes-Benz, Setra, and FUSO brands, we are looking for:

Purchase/Procurement Specialist

Main Responsibilities:
• Assist all the different business units with their procurement needs
• Manage purchase orders end-to-end
• Manage renewal contracts with the different business units
• Maintain vendor relationships and database
• Work cooperatively and collaboratively with internal associates and external vendors
• Perform ad-hoc analysis and tasks as needed
• Plan, organize, direct, and control activities that are done using external vendors
• Negotiate price to optimize cost while maintaining a high level of quality from the suppliers
• Review purchase order claims and contracts for compliance with company policy
• Review contracts, bids, proposals, and vendor agreements when it’s necessary


Requirements:
• Higher education
• Experience in a similar position
• Fluent in the English language
• Very good computer literacy: MS Office package, electronic business mail
• High degree of organization: planning, setting priorities, meeting deadlines
• Precision, initiative, expediency
• Developed communication and teamwork skills.
