Embedded Development Manager

Take part of a team that creates innovative systems and challenging projects with evolving technologies. The company is looking for passionate professionals who will have the opportunity to see the projects materialize and used around the globe!

Qualification required for the position:
• At least 5 years managing embedded development team of 5+ people.
• Embedded firmware development- at least 10 years’ experience.
• Familiar with C, C++.
• Experience with microcontrollers, drivers, and low-level code ARM advantage.
• Proof of materialized projects in embedded.
• Use of Git, Confluence Jira or similar project management tools
• Excellent working conditions and benefits based on qualifications

Responsabilités:
• Participate in high level management project decisions and project development.
• Lead 8-15 developer project teams in project development
• Hands on, participate in code development as part of the team.
• Meeting and respect deadlines on-time completion of projects
• Evaluate team personal performance objectively as per Company policy
• Performance tasks and time driven
