Responsibilities:

Perform sourcing and screening of candidates’ resumes
Conduct interviews with candidates (phone or face-to-face) and asses their competencies, qualifications, skills and previous employment
Build effective working relationships with local Hiring Managers
Headhunt candidates over different platforms to ensure our success
Utilize and maintain recruitment technology system, trackers and candidates’ pipeline
Participate in job fairs/events and college/universities recruiting initiatives
Ensure the recruitment information is properly maintained for reporting purposes
Promote the mission, vision and culture of TELUS International

Requirements:

Excellent verbal and written English skills
Bulgarian language is a must
Positive and professional attitude
Strong communication, interpersonal skills and attention to detail
Negotiation and facilitation abilities
Previous relevant experience will be considered as an advantage
Bachelor degree or current study in Human Resources, Psychology or related area will count as an advantage
