They are now expanding and are looking for an experienced and motivated Billing Administrator with German or Spanish language.
Main Responsibilities:
• Generate and submit invoices alongside with appropriate supporting documentation to business clients using a specialized software;
• Еnsure the invoices contains all the necessary information and billing guidelines;
• Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding the invoices;
• Correct and resend client invoices when needed;
• Perform other back office related duties as assigned.

This would be the right role for you if you:
• Have excellent verbal and written German or Spanish;
• Very good English level;
• Have excellent customer service and soft skills;
• Relevant BPO or Customer Interaction experience;
• Independent and analytical thinker with problem solving skills;
• Very good Excel skills;
• Basic accounting knowledge/invoice experience will be considered an advantage;
• Are a conscientious and reliable individual with a positive attitude.
