Your key responsibilities will be:
— Greet all clients and visitors to the firms’ premises in a warm, welcoming and professional manner
— Answer guests and colleagues in a timely and accurate manner
— Respond to incoming calls, re-directing to other departments as required
— Schedule meetings - including booking of meeting rooms, assisting with catering, facilities/room-set up and communicating requirements clearly to respective departments as required
— Keep contact with couriers, postal offices and other suppliers
— Perform other clerical and administrative duties as assigned
Requirements:
— Good English and computer skills
— Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
— Ability to manage multiple priorities
— Client orientation
