Офис сътрудник /асистент/, като задължително условие за кандидатите е техническо познание в областта.

Due to its dynamic expansion our company wishes to hire a useful and motivated person for the position of Office assistant.

Your responsibilities will include:
- General office administration and management
- E-mail and telephone communication with clients, partners and other departments of the company
- Coordinate the operations of our teams and other service providers
- Processing primary bookkeeping documents, e.g. invoices etc.
- Prepare and maintain personal employment records of employees and their archiving
- Supporting various office activities
- Order office supplies
- Organize travels and hotel booking if needed
- Knowledge of a second language is an advantage (German, French)

Salary 1000 BGN
