GLOBAL CTC PROCESS ARCHITECT EMEA
Job Summary
The Global CTC Process Architect will coordinate efforts to define and deliver global operational excellence to the company across the CTC process space, implement improved business processes and work to ensure successful deployments of new systems and enhancements, whilst assisting with functional stabilization efforts with an insight to the global impacts and implications. In this role, you will design, develop and drive process improvement and partner closely with the Global Enterprise to drive process harmonization and simplification in line with our Global design template, across the ERP deployment roadmap and multiple other Global CTC initiatives.

Major Tasks
Build strong partnerships with key business finance leaders and project stakeholders across the enterprise by representing the global credit to cash process organization in helping to design, develop and continuously enhance our process in collaboration with our technology deployment roadmap.
Plays an active role in all Enterprise ERP deployment initiatives including Global CTC Initiatives, partnering with key subject matter experts and business leaders to ensure ERP minimum and process adherence whilst promoting process change in the organization.
Use deep knowledge of business and accounting principles and practices, to define the strategic plans and improve processes to meet specific business functional area requirements during the deployment of new enterprise resource planning systems and enhancements.
Ensure that implemented design and process changes to current and future process and architectural designs/documentation are aligned with our CTC ‘golden’ design principles and the global process organization and identify places where synergies can be aligned globally in collaboration with key Enterprise stakeholders including BPO, Order Management GPO and other functional teams.
Develop the integrated project plan related to CTC process and ensure organizational readiness and commitment to ongoing enhancements, optimization and realization activities.
Define deployment objectives and scope, measure and monitor project progress to identify variances from the plan and make needed corrections for implementation, resolving issues independently.
Implement, maintain and communicate metrics to track solution stabilization and value gained through optimization initiatives.
Provide expert thought leadership in your field and work with limited direction, using additional research and interpretation to identify issues or problems. You may provide direction to supporting team members and be a strategic contributor.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Strong analytical skills capable of breaking down complex issue to identify key drivers and global upstream and downstream impacts
Minimum of six years of related work experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, decision-making, problem-solving and time management skills.
Ability to work in a global, matrixed environment.
Work schedule flexibility to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity and rapid change and ability to travel.
Strong analytical skills to explore and break down complex issues and develop new or enhanced process capabilities and functionality
6+ years experience in CTC processes and/or related experience and preferable experience in ERP / Solution related deployments
Experience in managing multiple initiatives / tasks with varying complexities in multiple regions and countries
