TRADE PRODUCT CONTROL SENIOR ANALYST WITH TURKISH
Job Purpose and Impact
The FIBI Trade Product Control (TPC) Senior Analyst will lead the financial risk management reporting in commodity, foreign exchange risks and trading profit and loss for the FIBI business groups in the META region. In this role, you will partner with key stakeholders to develop and implement the key controls to ensure operational compliance and accuracy of data and reports. You will lead the process standardization and optimization and develop new solutions to enhance automation and implement the transformation.

Key Accountabilities
Partner with key stakeholders to manage complex commodity and foreign exchange position reporting and reconciliation and ensure any significant differences are resolved and communicated appropriately
Execute the strategy, plan and processes to effectively manage data, reporting, process and compliance activities across the business
Collaborate with business stakeholders to monitor commodity and foreign exchange exposure and ensure completeness of reporting within deadlines and compare against limits, escalate and resolve breaches of limits
Validate reports of trading profit and loss by line of impact with key stakeholders
Ensure compliance of operations and monitor points of control
Develop and implement process simplification, enhance process standardization, optimize reporting and drive automation and transformation processes in this area of work
Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying opportunities to improve processes, reporting and technology

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field
Minimum of six years of (accounting) experience within the commodities trading space with exposure in foreign exchange and derivatives products
Turkish and English language
Understanding & experience working with SAP

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in finance operations with a knowledge of financial risk management and related financial processes
Experience in project planning and managing complex implementations.
Good knowledge of various derivative products
Ability to influence without authority
