As a BI Reporting Engineer, you will collect user requirements, utilise our existing database, create new datasets to build self-serve Dashboards and Reports.
You will be applying modern analytical concepts to provide concise and compelling story-telling using data, to shape business decisions.
Being a BI Reporting Engineer is an exciting opportunity, where you will oversee the ingestion, transformation, delivery, and movement of data throughout every part of an organization by using one of the best tools in the data domain.
You will be involved in analyzing world class products – features adoption, client’s acquisition and behavior, customers lifetime value etc. And from the other side, be part of the team developing analytics as a product, which is reaching thousands of users.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Build, maintain and enhance dashboards in Power BI in line with agreed visualisation principles.
Develop new reports and/or improvements of existing ones, ensuring the data governance for reporting data.
Support the maintenance of financial critical data and troubleshoot issues and offer solutions.
Communicate challenges, research possible solutions and present them to the team.
Manage customer expectations by ensuring timely and efficient communication both internally and externally.
Understand and document user requirements, check them against our data catalogue, prioritize them to be able to commit to a realistic timeline.
Еxtract and manipulate data from/in multiple sources like SAP, BW, Excel, SQL or Azure while ensuring data definitions are approved by the business owners.
Liaise with key stakeholders to identify business questions/problems/pain points, and designing sustainable solutions to address these, using company data and storytelling/visualisation.

ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS
Bachelor's degree in related area.
Advanced Excel skills.
Excellent command of English language.
Knowledge of BI Reporting tools (e.g. Power BI, SAP BW/Macro).
Previous experience in developing reports in Power BI/ Power Automate.
Previous experience in learning/training data.
At least one recognized certification or equivalent demonstrable work.
Strong logical and analytical thinking.
Good understanding of data management principles and best practices.
Great communication skills, adaptive, team player, with good stakeholder management skills.
