For our Human Resources team in Bulgaria we are looking for an experienced professional in Payroll and HR Administration.

The person in this role will lead all payroll, HR administration and operations activities needed for executing the People strategy at Experian Bulgaria thus supporting linking the people to the business strategy in the most efficient way in the contexts of the Experian culture.

Position Title: Lead of Payroll, HR Administration and Operations

The Payroll, HR Administration and Operations Lead works collaboratively with employees and managers while providing impeccable service. He/She is managing a team of 2 professionals to provide best-in-class HR Operations service.

Teams Responsibilities:
Overall responsibility for providing payroll, documentation and administration services to employees of Experian
Acts as first point of contact for operational requests from employees’ requests and owns and develops HR channels
Maintains employees’ information in all respective systems, responsible for data quality and consistency
Liaises with authorities on all employment matters, responsible for compliance to all legal requirements
Provides reporting on regular and ad-hoc bases
Responsible for consistent benefits review, development and administration
Drives Health and Wellbeing priorities in Bulgaria, implementing a variety of initiatives supporting wellbeing of Experian colleagues.

Job Requirements:
At least 5 years of experience in providing Payroll, HR administration and operations services in standardized and structured way in large scale enterprise
Experience leading a team or collaborating with peer colleagues to provide flawless service
Good interpersonal skills – able to communicate, interact and work well with others; open to ideas and inputs; works with others to find a mutually agreeable outcome.

Good Commercial understanding – comprehend internal clients’ business needs, suggest people management initiatives in a cost-efficient manner that serve the client well knowing current business challenges, core values and organization culture that is on the focus.
Fluency in written and verbal English language
