HR SPECIALIST WITH TURKISH

Position Summary

This position will support Cargill’s businesses in Turkey. The Service Desk Specialist role serves internal clients, such as employees and managers. It is the front-contact-line for Global HR Solutions based in Sofia, liaising between various clients and business entities. The incumbent will perform their duties predominantly by ticketing system and other channels such as e-mail and phone according to the need.

Major Tasks:

• Manage time and attendance administration process;
• Manage HR employee data in full compliance with Cargill’s confidentiality policy
• Manage and administer benefits and prepare relevant payroll reports;
• Manage and maintain new hire process, termination process and employee’s lifecycle events;
• Prepare relevant payroll reports
• Various HR inquiries via phone or ticketing system;
• Preparing documents such as company contracts, letters and forms;
• Collaborating with external partners and following up on issues where necessary;
• Maintaining and updating the documentation record according to standard operating procedure;
• Participate in projects related to process optimization and standardization;
• Collaborate with other HR representatives to monitor, review and update all policies in line with current legislation;
• Identify process gaps and suggest improvements on existing model.

Qualifications

• Very good administration and organization skills;
• Excellent level of English and Тurkish language proficiency (B2/C1) both written and spoken;
• Proficiency in Excel and MS Office (Outlook, Word) and experience with databases;
• Previous experience in HR administration or customer support role is an advantage, but not a must;
• University education
• Detail-oriented personality with good communication skills;
• Problem-solving attitude and proactive behavior;
• Ability to deal with ambiguity, prioritize existing workload, define and seek out business opportunities;
• Customer focus
