Currently we are looking for a motivated specialist to join their Sales team on a Back Office Assistant position.

Main responsibilities:

• Support the sales team and preparing offers;
• Email and telephone communication with the company’s clients and partners;
• Work with the ERP system on a daily basis;
• To create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information;

Key requirements:

• University degree in a related field;
• Previous experience in an administrate position is an advantage;
• Experience with ERP System will be considered as an advantage;
• Excellent knowledge of working with the MS Office suite;
• Excellent command of English;
• A self-driven person with good communication skills;
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
