For them, we are looking for the strategic role of:
EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT & OFFICE SUPERVISOR

Your responsibilities would include:

• Coordinating the Managing Director’s calendar & arranging travels;
• Organizing and coordinating Board meetings, conferences and supporting the Board agenda;
• Managing an effective and productive workplace environment in direct alignment with company policies;
• Managing the outsourced reception service;
• Managing the Administration budget;
• Contacting and maintaining relationships with suppliers and partners, related to Administration department;
• Acting as a Project Manager for specific tasks;
• Preparing different presentations and reports.

You would be the perfect match for this job if you have:
• University degree;
• High level of adaptability and flexibility;
• Ability to compete priorities and manage conflict to resolution;
• Functional literacy in English;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office;
• Confidentiality held within the highest respect;
• Previous experience will be considered as an advantage.
