Main Responsibilities:
• Maintenance and support of Windows server platforms;
• Perform Active Directory and email account administration;
• Install and configure desktop hardware and software;
• Train end-users on software, desktop hardware and peripheral device;
• Identify trends in user issues to assist in continuous service improvement;
• Creating documentation relating to desktop solutions and users guides;
• Involvement in introduction of new solutions and platforms.

Job requirements:
• Fluent level of English (B2-C1);
• At least 1 year of experience within network administration (Windows server platforms and/or Linux);
• Working technical knowledge of virtualization (VM ware, Hyper V), current protocols, operating systems and standards;.
• Good communication (both verbal and written) skills;
• Good documentation skills (e.g. creation of technical user guides).
