For them, we are looking for the strategic role of:

Office manager

You would be the perfect match for this job if you have:

• University degree;
• Experience on a relevant administrative position at least 1 year;
• Fluent English;
• Advanced knowledge in MS Office applications;
• Attention to details and accuracy;
• Self-starter;
• Any experience in HR or Finance processes will be considered a great advantage;

Your responsibilities would include:

• Plan and monitor the level of the office supplies;
• Manage relationships with vendors and service providers;
• Plan and organize office events;
• Support the management and other teams with various administrative tasks;
• Ensures that the office premises are maintained in good conditions and cleaned regularly;
• Ensures that the meeting rooms are checked and ready for the daily meetings;
• Greet and assist visitors when they arrive at the office;
• Resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues.
