We are a leading recruitment technology company, we are currently looking for experienced Recruitment Specialists, interested in Human Resources / Recruitment area.

Core Duties and Responsibilities:
- Being part of the end-to-end recruitment process;
- Communicating with the Switzerland hiring managers to clarify the needed candidate skillset;
- Headhunting IT and business profiles by using various channels across EMEA;
- Screening candidate profiles according to specific profile requirements and conducting interviews;
- Developing effective recruitment advertising to reach identified target candidates and increase candidate pool;
- Maintaining candidates data in their internal recruitment database.

Requirements:
- Study level : Not relevant;
- Fluency in French;
- Very good command of English;
- At least 1 or 2 years of previous experience in recruitment;
- Passionate about technology, media and existing in a fast paced international environment.
