Due to the expansion of our team, we are now looking for a:


HR Recruitment Specialist

Principal Responsibilities:
• You will be recruiting for an expert level to managerial roles in the BPO field;
• You will be interviewing candidates on a daily basis selling them the opportunity to entirely change the way they work and who they work for;
• You will be sourcing candidates through different channels. You will be using our rich database of potential candidates, but you’re also going to be posting engaging job ads, social media posts, and messages;
• You will be managing the relationships with our clients;
• Representing the company at career events;
• Maintain an up to date tracking sheet of all candidates.

Job Requirements:
• Fluent English;
• At least one years of experience in recruitment;
• Client management and negotiation skills;
• Manage multiple priorities and work well under pressure;
• Creativity, ambition, positive attitude.
