Our client is a company offering a wide range of services covering the entire lifecycle of software product creation, support and development.
Due to their rapid expansion, they are now looking for an experienced Team Lead with knowledge in IT Recruitment.
What does the job look like?
- You will be managing a great team of recruitment specialists;
- You will be consulting the management for all recruitment related issues and partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs;
- You will be actively negotiating with recruitment companies and recruitment freelancers;
- You will be monitoring company recruitment metrics and provide different reports to the management;
- You will have the chance to support and mentor consultants and help them grow and develop their skills.
Requirements:
- Fluent English;
- At least 2 + years of experience in IT recruitment;
- Background in people management;
- Creativity, ambition and positive can-do attitude;
- University degree in Human Resources, IT or another related field will be considered as an advantage.
