RESPONSIBILITIES:
Candidate profile creation in our internal system
CV screening
Communication with candidates
Managing job postings
Scheduling and organization of interviews, meetings, trainings, etc.
Searching for new job advertising channels
Organization of and participation in HR events and job fairs
Organization of and participation in internal company events
Preparation of different HR material
Continuously improve internal HR processes

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
Excellent academic record
Business Proficiency in English
Excellent Bulgarian grammar
Excellent interpersonal communication skills
Strong multitasking skills
Strong attention to detail
Very good MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

REQUIREMENTS CONSIDERED AN ADVANTAGE:
Recent graduates or final year bachelor’s students with HR, Management or Business background
Experience in communication with job candidates
Proactivity
Creative thinking
Ability to work in team and independently
Very good organizational skills
Very good time management skills
Very good prioritization skills
Experience with Microsoft Outlook
Experience with presenting ideas
Experience with training delivery
