HR Service Desk Specialist

Purpose of the role

The HR Service Desk Specialist works with new technology and digital solutions, while maintaining the internal knowledge database, supporting HR initiatives and helping with the enhancement of the team’s policies and procedures. In addition, the HR Service Desk Specialist is able to identify some process improvements by analysing the incoming inquiries. The Global HR Services Help Desk Team serves as a single point of contact for employees, managers and the HR community for delivering high quality services so to support all employee- and HR-related inquiries, requests and escalations.

You will...
Respond to HR requests consistently and accurately via the case management tool
Identify and raise issues to achieve better efficiency, preserve knowledge and successfully resolve HR tasks
Manage escalations as part of case management by engaging partners in HR to troubleshoot, if needed
Partner internally to support HR initiatives such as: system implementations and upgrades, policy and procedures set-up or changes, etc.

You have...
At least 1 year of professional experience in the field of HR as an HR Generalist, Payroll Specialist or HR Administrator
Experience in an international corporate environment
University degree in Human Resources, Economics or another Business-related field
Excellent English (both written and spoken)
Very strong customer service and problem-solving skills
Keen interest in working with systems and data
Analytical thinking and very good communication skills
Positive work attitude and consider yourself to be accurate and reliable
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
Would be considered as an advantage to have…
Second language (German/French/Spanish)
ERP/ Workday experience
Service Help Desk experience
