Back Office Sales Assistant

Main responsibilities:

• Performing various administrative duties;
• Coordinating office matters and supplies;
• Assisting and supporting the company manager in daily activity;
• Organizing meetings with clients;
• Accepting requests by telephone, fax, email, skype and registering incoming and outgoing correspondence.

Requirements for the position:

• Experience in making cold calls to collect and assess information;
• Native level of Bulgarian speaker;
• Written and spoken English - B2/C1;
• Working with Internet - Microsoft Office;
• Creativity, positive attitude, self-motivation, flexibility, ambition, responsibility;
• Self-motivated;
• A team player with excellent communication skills.
