On behalf of our trusted client ZigZag Global, which is an award-winning SaaS platform helping retailers to manage and resell returned stock, on different e-commerce marketplaces across the globe, we are looking for a Head of Operations to join our clients’ growing team in Varna.

Key responsibilities:
- Master the ZigZag Global platform (the “Platform”) in detail, utilizing all its functionalities and keep up to date with the latest version;
- Ensure local entity runs smoothly (handle relationship and business with accounting and suppliers);
- Manage, mentor, recruit, hire and train existing and new members of a dedicated customer service/account management team;
- Manage and assign workload accordingly among the team members;
- Monitor the team’s communication (running through multiple channels simultaneously) and ensure timely and efficient responses are provided;
- Introduce, onboard and train new retailer accounts on the Platform;
- Participate in the processes of tracking and controlling business partners’ SLAs /Service-level agreement/;
- Act as a point of escalation for existing accounts, handle issues efficiently;
- Update management on the overall status of the area of responsibilities;

The position requires:
- University degree;
- Excellent English (spoken and written);
- Outstanding communication skills;
- People management experience;
- Key account management experience;
- High level understanding of Microsoft Office Excel and Word;
- Ability to work at a fast pace and maintain accuracy within a dynamic workplace.
