We work closely with a product company from the Fin-Tech industry offering a platform for organizing payments and cash flows of large corporations. For this client we are looking for a communicative and flexible office assistant to support the administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to the team
• Office supplies and orders coordination
• Communicate with partner companies, suppliers and couriers
• Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
• Support the organization of meetings, business trips & accommodation, company events, conferences and team events
• Welcoming and attending visitors in the office, operating incoming phone calls and email

Requirements:
• Excellent organisation and communication skills
• Fluency in English (written and verbal)
• Very good computer skills and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• University Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or relevant area will be an advantage
