Office manager with English

You would be the perfect match for this job if you have:

• University degree;
• Experience on a relevant administrative position at least 1 year;
• Fluent English;
• Advanced knowledge in MS Office applications;
• Attention to details and accuracy;

Your responsibilities would include:

• Preparation and organization of the monthly documents to deliver to accountancy;
• Preparing correspondence, including composing routine letters and memos;
• Schedules appointments and maintains supervisors or departments calendar;
• Planning meetings;
• Looking for new potential suppliers and subcontractors;
• Establishing and maintaining control files;
• Ordering and maintaining supplies for the office.
