MentorMate is a fast-growing mobile and web app development company created in 2001 in Minneapolis, Minnesota. We offer complete software solutions, based on cutting-edge technologies.
For our software development office in Sofia, we are currently looking for a positive, communicative, and organized Office Assistant.
About the position:
The Office Assistant’s position is a diverse role at MentorMate, whose mission is to ensure an awesome working atmosphere. This role reports directly to the HR Manager in Sofia and provides support to all departments and team members. The working hours of the office are between 12 and 8 pm.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
• Take care of the office on a daily basis
• Present the company in a professional manner
• Establish and maintain stable relations with suppliers and vendors
• Track office supplies, orders, purchases, and invoices
• Execute merchandise and gift campaigns
• Coordinate travel arrangements and team events
• Organize company events and initiatives
• Administrate documents and processes
• Other office tasks
REQUIREMENTS
• 1 year of experience in a similar role
• Good skills with G Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets)
• University degree will be considered as an advantage
• Passion for office administration
• Strong ownership and organizational skills
• Very good communication skills
• Collaborative and flexible mentality
• Positive “can-do” attitude
• Excellent English (verbal and written)
