What you will be doing:

Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed;
Manage communication with customers via calls, email, and chat;
Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction;
Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.

Ideally, your skills will include:
- Proficiency in either of the following languages - Czech, Danish, Dutch, French, German, Italian, Norwegian, Polish and Swedish;
- Very good English language skills;
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills;
- Punctual and precise about deadlines;
- Very good knowledge of MS Office.
