About the job Customer Relations Quality Engineer

On behalf of one of our clients, we are currently looking for a Customer Relations Quality Engineer to join the company.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Efficiently process and follow up on customer complaints, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction;
Actively participate in meetings with customers and related parties,maintaining strong communication and building lasting relationships;
Handle customer portals and use them as effective channels for prompt communication and issue resolution;
Provide detailed technical analysis of complaint and warranty parts to customers, showcasing our commitment to product quality;
Initiate and diligently follow up on root cause analysis to identify and address underlying issues;
Manage and follow up on customer re-debits, ensuring accuracy and adherence to procedures;
Organize sorting actions with external service providers (sorting companies) to address quality concerns swiftly;
Create and update work instructions for assembly and production, ensuring clarity and compliance;
Train machine operators according to work instructions, overseeing the implementation and adherence to guidelines;
Monitor and control the leading of the sorting log book, maintain inventoryrecords of non-compliant parts, and ensure work instruction compliance during sorting.
Qualifications and skills:

A degree in engineering, demonstrating a strong technical foundation;
Proficiency in German or English, both verbal and written, for effective communication with international stakeholders;
Excellent skills in MS-Office applications to facilitate data analysis and reporting;
Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in the automotive industry, showcasing a deep understanding of industry practices;
Strong knowledge in IATF 16949, VDA 6.3, and 8D Reports, emphasizing your commitment to maintaining high-quality standards;
Known for your precision, exactness, and reliability in executing tasks and delivering results.
