Essential duties:

• Support the implementation of Global and Local HR strategies, policies and projects
• Consult the respective business area management for all people related issues
• Actively participate in Compensation and Reward Management processes
• Support the Recruitment, Selection and Acquisition for the Bulgarian entity
• Employee Relations advisor for the assigned business areas
• Ensure Performance Management process
• Participate in Talent Management process

Your Profile:

• At least 3 years’ experience in HRBP role or similar in a medium or large size of international organization
• HR or other relevant qualification
• Independent, proactive and trusted team player
• Solid organizational and analytical skills
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills
• Sound understanding and practical application of Bulgarian employment law
• Experience with HR and Microsoft systems/tools
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and in Bulgarian
