ABOUT YOUR NEW JOB:

YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible to manage the overall performance of the teams delivering HR processes administration services;
Ensures that processes meet business requirements in an automated and as user-friendly manner as possible;
Contributes to making BSO HR Processes Stream a Centre of Service Excellence;
Manages HR Processes teams performance through metrics and key performance indicators;
Develops high performing teams through staff personal development plans and effective coaching;
Encourages the teams to take responsibilities and reach their maximum potential.
ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS:
Experience in managing HR projects, requiring multi-functional team working, developing timetables and setting deadlines in order to achieve HR and customer objectives;
Clear evidence of coping with conflicting demands and prioritizing tasks;
University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or another business-related field;
Ability to build and motivate teams;
Managing diversity;
Display high energy and drive;
Excellent command of English, both verbally and in writing.
