For them, we are looking for motivated candidate on the position:

Human Resources Specialist (Payroll)

Main responsibilities:
- Supports the work of the Human Resources Manager as follows:
- Contacts external institutions for staff selection, qualification and development;
- Participates in the implementation of plans and programs related to recruitment activities: selection, hiring, adjusting, training, certification, updating and development of the staff in the organization;
- Performs audits according to the internal processes and rules of the company;
- Monitors the execution of personnel evaluation systems and takes measures to reflect the results;
- Calculates salaries, wages and additional payments;
- Responsible for the preparation and submission of the necessary declarations, notifications, etc.
- Prepares monthly reports to the management of the company.

Job requirements:
- Professional experience in the field of payroll is a must;
- University economic degree;
- Proficiency in English (or German) - written and spoken;
- Excellent computer skills;
- Driving licence – category B (active driver) and a private car.
