Your key responsibilities:
Working on Projects involving the Banking Team
Hold regular meetings with internal teams to receive/give an update on projects involving the Banking Team
Establish and maintain business contacts with banking partners based on company needs
Take the lead on supplying the necessary documents and information to banks regarding initial onboarding and regular KYC refreshes
Update and maintain the necessary banking data in the company’s systems
Create, maintain and update internal bank documentation and regulations
Create, maintain and update reporting for the Banking team
Initiate and cooperate with internal teams to enhance the reporting framework
Prepare regular and ad-hoc analyses regarding flows and transactions through the banks of the company
Understand, help implement and ensure compliance with country and global regulatory requirements
Facilitate top-down and bottom-up communication between senior management and internal teams involved
Assist Banking Relationship Manager in her/his daily duties related to Banking Projects plan

Your qualification:
Minimum of 5 years working in banking or financial industry
Bachelor’s degree in the field of Finance, Accounting or Economic
Advance knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Microsoft Excel)
Pro-activeness and energy with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of bank account opening process
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines set both internally and externally
Ability to work in a team
Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Fluency in English both written and verbal is a pre-requisite
