For one of our clients, a multilingual company which specialized in several industries, we are looking for a person to join their team at the role:

Back-Office Coordinator with Russian or Turkish

Main responsibilities:
• Handling clients request via email, chat and outbound calls;
• Resolving requests regarding clients’ accounts, promotions, and personal documentations;
• Daily work with a specialized system;
• Close cooperation with other departments in terms of solving the issues in a prompt manner.

The skills:
