We are looking for a Сътрудник Човешки Ресурси с Английски език to join our team:

Responsibilities:
- Sourcing, screening, selecting and hiring candidates;
- Direct and proactive outreach to passive talent, including cold calling and headhunting;
- Proactively using e-recruitment tools, job boards and Social Media to source top qualified candidates;
- Creating new and innovative recruitment solutions and keep up-to-date with new trends in sourcing;
- Managing every stage of recruitment and candidate selection process;
- Keeping records of the recruitment process and providing relevant reports when requested;
- Providing feedback to candidates and managers;
- Maintain excellent standards of integrity, professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
