We are currently looking for a motivated candidate to join one of our partners – a leading trade company, for the position of:


STRATEGIC HR BUSINESS PARTNER


The role is complex and affects all aspects of the human resources. The role is complex and affects all aspects of the human resources including but not limited to:

• Plan, lead, develop, coordinate, and implement projects, training initiatives and surveys to support the organization's human resource compliance and business strategy needs
• Recruitment, promotion and internal development programs
Below are presented the main tasks that you will be focused on as a Strategic HR Business Partner:

• Drive best practices and talent acquisition methods to attract, hire, engage and retain strong talents in a highly competitive industry
• Lead and direct a small HR Team to deliver a comprehensive HR service to the business
• Define and execute HR strategies aligned with the company's vision and its current and long-term business objectives at a global or domestic level
• Providing input and guidance to the HR processes such as salary review or appraisal process, compensation & benefits management as well
• Supervision of company events organization and employer branding activities
• Acts as primary point of contact for all HR-matters related to key internal stakeholders e.g. corporate HR team, local HR teams etc.
• Supports the Group HR Director with Strategic workforce planning activities on local level
To be successful in this role you need to meet the following key requirements:


• University degree in HR management, Psychology or other relevant
• Proven work experience in a senior/Director HR generalist position in Shared Service Center – min 5 years
• Experience with strategic workforce planning and change management
• Capability in developing and implementing HR strategy
• Strong business and analytical skills
• Passionate about people
