YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Participate in the Annual Business Plan (ABP) and Rolling Estimate (RE) of BSO legal entity & Omega cost center
Analyze cost actuals and deviations vs BP and RE
Support stream managers and GA Internal Finance with analysis of actual costs vs BP & RE
Follow the proper process of internal and audit controls
Participate in the process of calculation and communication of BSO fees to countries as per approved methodology
Highlight opportunities for process improvement
Actively participate in process of new systems/tools implementation (tests, retesting, simulation, check of set-up, etc.)
Prepare ad-hoc reports & analysis
Constantly gain knowledge and deeper understanding in the area of Finance and Financial Analysis
ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?
Sufficient experience (4+ years) in the areas of financial reporting, analysis and balance sheet reconciliations
Good understanding of the OPEX
University degree in Finance, Economics or Business-related field
Advanced knowledge of MS Office (particularly EXCEL)
Ability to communicate effectively across all levels in the organization
Good time management skills and proactive attitude
Excellent command in English, both written and verbal
