KEY RESPONSIBILITY:
Support the Strategic Procurement Managers (SPMs) with analytical and reporting tasks on commodity rates calculations, variances & country impact analysis, volume’s assessment, etc.
Maintains relationships with key stakeholders to drive understanding and support for procurement analysis.
Participates in group sourcing initiatives and relevant business cases.
Work closely with Treasury and Country Finance teams on monitoring and reconciliation of mainly raw materials hedging.
Provide analysis for Board of Director/Investment Relations reporting for all commodities in scope.
Support suppliers reconciliations, price updates, etc. in the planning system.
Participates in the monthly rates monitoring and alignment for changes in the planning system.
Represent SPMs in various routine meetings (ex. BP/RE reviews with Group & Country teams) and in communication, e.g. vendor MD updates in planning system, contract and COA administration.
Support other group projects and initiatives requiring advanced data analytic skills in Excel (investments, JVs, etc.).

ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS:
2-3 years of experience on analytical position, preferably in finance, accounting, procurement, etc.
Degree in finance, procurement or a business-related subject.
Experience in presenting complex information to a variety of audiences.
Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.
High proficiency in Excel and other applications (Power Point, PowerBI).
Knowledge and experience of ERP systems (particularly SAP) will be considered an advantage.
Very good communication skills and stakeholder management.
Proactive approach, “can do” attitude, and good goal setting skills.
