Due to the expansion of our team, we are now looking for an experienced recruitment professional to take on the role of:

HR consultant for Share Service Filed



Main responsibilities:

• Pro-active search of candidates;
• Manage the full recruitment cycle: source, screen, and guide candidates through the interview process;
• Build and maintain effective networks to attract candidates for various roles
• Collaborate closely with HR and hiring managers to understand internal hiring needs and goals;
• Maintain effective communication with our clients;
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience by setting clear expectations and maintaining communication throughout the interview process.

Job requirements:

• Fluent in English, both verbal and written;
• Previous experience of 1-2 years as an HR – recruiter in a Shared Service Center;
• Relevant higher education would be considered as an advantage;
• Outgoing personality with strong communication skills;
• Self-drive; pro-active and initiative person;
• Excellent command on Microsoft Office package.
