VIP Account Manager with English
Main responsibilities:
• Handle inquiries/requests from customers via email and chat;
• Investigate financial activity, checking online payments;
• Provide high-quality service to achieve and uplift VIP customer satisfaction and establish longterm business relationship.

Job requirements:
• Excellent level of English (C1 minimum);
• Previous experience in CSR is an advantage;
• Ability to work on shifts;
• Excellent problem solving and attention to detail skill;
• Good PC literacy.
