We are currently on the lookout for a Technical Recruiter for our Sofia office who will become part of the Recruitment Team standing behind the exceptional growth of Paysafe in Bulgaria.

What to expect:
Supporting local IT Hiring Managers through the end-to-end recruitment process for positions such as Software Engineers, Engineering Managers, Product Managers
Managing the requisition approval process through SuccessFactors
Managing all channels for candidate sourcing, including direct advertising, recruitment agencies and pro-active headhunting
Coordinating and attending on-site, video and telephone interviews, playing an active role in the candidate selection process
Providing application and interview feedback to candidates
Responding to candidate and hiring manager queries in a timely manner
Managing offer and contract generation and negotiation
Taking active part in the employer branding initiatives
Researching market rates, competitor trends and industry news

To be successful you need to have:
Bachelors or Master degree preferably in HR
Computer literacy and experience with applicant tracking systems and MS Office
Fluent English, second language will be considered an advantage
Proven team player
Experience in Recruitment of at least 5 years, at least 2 years of which within the IT Recruitment field
Results focused
A strong proactive personality, a person who is ready to step in and work on challenges
A creative mindset, ready to try something new
Interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain solid stakeholder relationships
Ability to establish and manage processes and practices through collaboration and the understanding of business
Clear and consistent communicator with a hands-on mentality
