For their team, we are looking for somebody experienced to join on the role of:

HR Manager

Main responsibilities:

- Lead team of HR professionals
- Advise management and employees in professional matters
- Monitor, control and provide relevant feedback to HR key issues
- Ensure HR processes are in full compliance with the internal framework
- Develop and facilitate employee retention programs
- Implement and develop Employer branding strategy

Requirements:

- At least 2 years of proven experience in HR management role
- Previous experience in Tech company is a must
- Proficient in Bulgarian labor law and local legislation and practices
- Experienced in technical recruitment and supervising recruitment process
- Educated in Human resources or similar discipline
- Strong and straight personality
- Able to contain a dynamic company
- Experienced in initial payroll preparation
- Fluent in verbal and written English
