Junior Infrastructure administrator
Responsibilities:
Preparation of hardware for End-user (laptops, configuration).

1 st level Service desk agent – Monitor Infra queue and act as first level service desk agent – catch all tickets, resolve all possible and distribute the rest to the respective persons.
Hardware maintenance
receive new hardware – receive and tag all new hardware
asset management and labeling, maintain up-to date database with all available equipment
Server maintenance – assisting in configure, build, install, deploy servers in the data center
Proactive monitoring of the company's network configuration items. Patching network switches (Firmware).
User account management
VPN user management
Proactive monitoring
Communication with IT vendors

Requirements:
Experience with Linux operating system
Knowledge of network basic components and services (DNS, SMTP,SMB,DHCP, VPN,SSH, etc.)
Experience with at least one ticket management system (enterprise grade)
Experience with hypervisors (Proxmox, ESXi, Xen / vagrant, Vbox, KVM, etc.)
Basic experience with containerization ( Docker,LX)
Basic experience with AWS
Working level of English – both written and spoken
