For our client we are looking for - Back Office Specialist

Main responsibilities:
Monitoring of all the Regulatory changes in the Bulgarian electricity and natural gas markets, communication with local institutions and relevant authorities;
Back office support in presales and aftersales procedures related to buying and selling of electricity and natural gas;
Follow up and support after conclusion of transactions (e.g. annexes, collaterals, invoices, payment confirmations, etc.);
Administrative support in terms of tax and customs duties, cooperation with and provision of appropriate documentation to customs broker and accountants, as well as support with internal administrative issues;
Local Office Administrative Support (e.g. purchase of office materials, handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, etc.);
Coordination of activities between office in Sofia and the Head Quarter of the company

Requirements:
University degree;
1-2 year previous professional experience on positions as Administrativen Assistant;
Excellent command of English - proficiency level;
Good computer skills: MS Office;
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
