For one of our clients – one of the top employers in the country – we are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive individual for the position of Employer Branding Specialist (Maternity Cover). Our client could offer a 12-month contract and the exclusive opportunity to join their international employer branding team and share their authentic and unique culture.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Participate in projects related to Talent Acquisition/Sourcing and Branding;
* Lead different types of marketing campaigns and create brand awareness among the right target groups,
* Identify sourcing trends, evaluate competitors and shifts in the industry and implement the knowledge in the employer branding strategy of the company;
* Collaborate with other teams and departments as well as with agencies on projects related to employer branding;
* Ensure that the hiring needs of the technology unit are metRequirements:
* Proficiency in English;
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
* Strong background in employer branding;
* Previous experience in digital marketing and event management related to talent sourcing;
* Experience in attracting tech talent;
* Time management skills and a good eye for detail;
* Approachable personality and positive attitude.
