Your Role and Responsibilities
We are seeking a motivated and innovative individual, who understands COBOL and z/OS, to provide remote technical support to IBM Customers. This role specializes in problem determination/problem source identification of COBOL applications running on zOS. This requires collaboration, communication and negotiation with customers, COBOL development team and other technical support teams.
This position requires an understanding of COBOL, z/OS and compiler usage. This includes relevant practical experience and qualification in below.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
• COBOL – reading and writing programs – minimum 2 years
o Understanding of compile, bind and execute steps. Includes understanding of compile options and LE bind.
• ZOS
o ISPF Navigation
o File creation/editing
o Access methods (QSAM and VSAM)
o SDSF
o JCL Creation/Usage
• Strong Problem Analysis Skills
• Strong English communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Self-starter & ability to work effectively in a team environment

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
Experience in any of the following is considered an asset:
• CICS, IMS, DB2
• LE
• Dump Reading Ability/Tools Knowledge
• Assembler, C, C++, PL/I, Python
• XML, JSON
• Unix Systems Services

We are now looking for Talent Acquisition Partner with a passion for growth and innovation. The Talent Acquisition Partner manages the end-to-end recruiting process for assigned business units in support for external hiring requirements, as well as candidate and hiring manager relationships. The ideal candidate must possess a successful background in corporate recruiting, good understanding of local talent market practices, and general knowledge of Bulgarian labor law.

Key roles and responsibilities are:
• Execute multi-faceted sourcing strategies to ensure a diverse, qualified pool of candidates for the assigned business units
• Develop collaborative relationships with IBM Hiring Managers, Talent Acquistion team and extended Human Resources team
• Provide advice and counsel to IBM Hiring Managers on effective selection of candidates
• Execute the full life-cycle of activities related to the attraction, selection, hiring and on-boarding of talent into IBM, supporting the newcomers’ integration into the organization
• Review candidate submissions, screen for qualifications and participate in the interviewing process with IBM Hiring team.
• Manage candidate flow within the online recruitment system
• Able to quickly assimilate information and build solutions to meet business needs
• Participate in career events and IBM recruitment marketing initiatives
• Deliver Recruitment trainings to IBM Management team
• Deliver New Hire Training to new starters
• Analyze recruitment related data and provide assessment, forecasts and reports to IBM Hiring Management and Recruitment leader regularly or upon request.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
• At least 2 years of experience in Recruitment
• Previous experience in multinational company
• Fluent English, both written and spoken
• Fluent Bulgarian, both written and spoken
• Experience with an online recruitment system

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
• Experience with IBM Kenexa Talent Acquisition Suite
• Experience in an IT company
• University diploma in Human Resources
