Who will you work with?
We are a team of 9 Internal Recruiters here in Bulgaria; we are all based in Sofia, but we also have an office in Varna! The team comes from a varied background, yet we all share a passion for recruitment and helping people find that next great step in their career. We love working with people and pride ourselves on the fantastic relationships we have built up across the business – from our colleagues in HR, to our stakeholders in IT, Risk, Legal, Operations etc. to our recruitment co-workers in other global Paysafe locations. We may do different things, but we are one team.

On what will you be working?
Our team manages the full recruitment cycle for all roles in Bulgaria and collectively we hire over 400 people a year. This role will focus on the successful delivery of vacancies in our Operations team – one of Paysafe Bulgaria’s biggest departments! It’s a high volume and fast paced role that’s hugely important in ensuring our customer facing teams are well staffed and ready to support our customers globally, 24/7.

What will you do?
• Recruitment Delivery: For the Operations team; this is heavily focused on Customer Services roles with diverse language requirements.
• Candidate Sourcing & Screening: Headhunting, managing organic incoming CVs, employee referrals and working with Agencies on their candidate submissions
• Interviewing: You’ll pre-screen and interview candidates so as to ensure only the best candidates are offered roles at Paysafe
• Candidate Management: Provide first-class support to all candidates who enter our recruitment process from application through to offer
• Employer Branding: You’ll be expected to get your creative hat on and think of new iniataives and campaigns to support the candidate pipeline. You’ll also represent Paysafe at multiple employer branding engagements throughout the year.

To be successful you will need to have:
• A Bachelors or master’s degree
• Strong computer literacy; confident user of the MS Office suite and previous ATS experience
• Fluent in English, a second language would be considered an advantage
• Excellent communication skills; oral and written
• A team player mind-set
• At least 2 years’ experience in Recruitment; 0065perience recruiting for Customer Service roles would be an advantage

• A problem solver mind-set
• A creative spirit and be open and ready to both suggest and try new things
• Interpersonal skills and ability to build strong working relationships across the business
