Who will you work with?
We are a team of 9 Internal Recruiters here in Bulgaria; we are all based in Sofia, but we also have an office in Varna! The team comes from a varied background, yet we all share a passion for recruitment and helping people find that next great step in their career. We love working with people and pride ourselves on the fantastic relationships we have built up across the business – from our colleagues in HR, to our stakeholders in IT, Risk, Legal, Operations etc. to our recruitment co-workers in other global Paysafe locations. We may do different things, but we are one team.
On what will you be working?
Our team manages the full recruitment cycle for all roles in Bulgaria and collectively we hire over 400 people a year. This role will support the Recruitment team with a wide range of coordination and administrative tasks, an imperative part of allowing the Recruitment function to work at high quality and pace.
What will you do?
• You’ll post job adverts in line with internal and local legal guidelines
• CV profiling from LinkedIn, local job boards and other talent databases
• CV screening, shortlisting and candidate language evaluations
• Respond to candidate and hiring manager queries in a timely manner
• Interview organization for both internal and external attendees
• Conducting candidate phone interviews when required
• Working closely with the Recruitment Manager to build comprehensive competitor talent maps
• Preparing weekly recruitment statistics and reporting
• Providing help with the organization of events – Career fairs, Conferences and Employer Brand initiatives
• Maintaining active presence in digital channels
• Establishing partnerships with different communities
• Providing ad hoc project and administrative support to recruitment and wider HR team
To be successful you will need to have:
• Bachelors or Master degree
• Strong computer literacy and experience with applicant tracking systems and MS Office
• Fluent command in English
• Previous experience in Recruitment or HR experience will be considered an advantage
• Laser focus on achieving the best results
• Great multitasking skills, ability to juggle various demands and priorities on a daily basis
• Accuracy and strong attention to detail
• A proactive personality who takes pride in truly ‘owning’ their work
• A creative mindset, ready to think of and try new things
• Interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain solid stakeholder relationships
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
