As a HR Operations Team Lead you will play an important role in the HR Operations function, which focuses on the delivery of core transactional HR processes. You will manage the team's workload and provide efficient and qualitative HR services, assign ad-hoc tasks to the team to ensure high level of utilization and monitor team performance and provide regular feedback related to goals, company values and strategy.

Ensuring qualitative data records management and proper management of the contractual fields
To apply for this HR Operations Team Lead role, you will need a degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, International relations or other relevant. Previous experience within an office environment or similar HR role will be considered as an asset. You will also require the following:

Attention to detail to ensure tasks are conducted at the highest standards
Highly organised with a can-do attitude
Ability to prioritise workload in a busy and deadline-oriented environment
Excellent command of written and spoken English
Proficiency with Outlook, Microsoft Word and Excel
